The danger of your computer contracting a viral infection cannot be underscored. Two years ago I learned firsthand the lethal potential of these miscreants. Thanks to a strain of the virus Azusa, my computer met a very untimely death. Since then, I've grown to depend on virus scanners to ensure that the same thing doesn't happen again. Although the chances of contracting a virus are generally slim, the havok that one can wreak far outweighs the cost and time involved in using a virus scanner. Because of this, I thoroughly recommend checking out one or all of the apps featured in this section.
